Copy Returns (Printed Books)
If
you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome
to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase
date. We offer our customers a 100% Money-Back Satisfaction
Guarantee. All refunds for credit will be issued to
the credit card account that appears on the original
order. Please allow five (5) business days for refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are also
subject to a small processing fee of $.75 cents.

Delivered via Electronic Download
All
services and goods provided and sold by childcare.net
by means of electronic download to customers shall
not be refunded. childcare.net may, at its
sole discretion, allow refunds in the event that a
download is unsuccessful. The refund request must
be sent to our Order Department at orders@childcare.net
citing the reasons for the inability to download.
We require an opportunity to work with our customers
to solve the problem with their download prior to
considering any refunds. Where refunds are approved
for completed electronic downloads, childcare.net
will require a signed "Letter of Destruction" noting
that the download has been delete
from the customer's system prior to the refund taking
place. Refunds are subject to a small processing fee
of $.75 cents.
CDs
childcare.net will only accept returns for
unopened CDs. The customer is responsible for the
shipping cost of unopened CDs, unless otherwise authorized
by childcare.net. All CD returns are subject to approval
by our Order Department. (Make sure that you include
your original invoice). Within 5 business days of
our receipt of the unopened item(s), and the return
authorization from the Order Department, childcare.net
will credit your credit card for the cost of the item(s),
less shipping charges. Refunds are subject to a small
processing fee of $.75 cents.

or if you received incorrect, damaged, or defective

invoice number and complete details of the problem
so that we may serve you promptly.
Shipping
To ensure prompt delivery, be sure to include:
- Your
name and correct shipping address.
- Billing
address, if different from shipping address.
- Delivery
instructions (in the Comments section) if applicable.
Shipments
sent via standard postal shipping should arrive within
5 to 21 business days of purchase. Domestic
expedited shipments arrive within 5 to 14 business
days of purchase. Purolator
express shipments arrive in 2 to 3 business days.
International shipments should arrive in 3 to 6 weeks.
U.S.
customers should keep in mind that deliveries may
be delayed because of added security measures.
